    Not really sure anyone is going to care all that much because Slack is much better than GroupMe, but I went ahead and added support for GroupMe groups as an alert destination option.

    Their API was fairly simple and I was bored, so I figured, "why not?"...

    Added an option so when you setup a GroupMe destination you can have alerts come from you or from an Outgress bot.
