Noob having forwarded email issues...

    Hey gang, just joined up today after talking with a fellow RES agent. I have (or at least think I have) set up the Gmail forwarding correctly but have not been "confirmed" yet. I have one portal that was attacked earlier but I am not sure if the damage email was forwarded...

    Can you post a screenshot of your forwarding filter you have setup?

    Also, might be worth checking if you received an email damage report in your email to begin with (can't forward anything if you didn't get anything). Criteria is different for getting an email damage report vs. an in-game attack alert.

    Hmmm yeah that looks fine. Can you confirm that you received an email damage report?

    Thanks, turns out the damage report email was never sent from Niantic. Had a portal killed this morning and it triggered it and all is well now.
