Resolved Portal Submissions not working anymore?

    Received and auto-forwarded submission email about an hour ago (12:18 CET) but it did not show up in the submission list.
    Manually forwarded it just a few Minutes ago, but still not working.

    Yesterday it worked fine.

    It should be fixed now. It had to do with the portal name having a non-latin character in it. In your case, it was the "ß" in the portal name.

    The issue should be resolved going forward and I also started a process to go back and reprocess old emails that might have hit the same issue (there should be a lot of new submissions showing up... things with chinese, russian, etc. characters would have all been issues). Emails that can't be processed (for whatever reason) are retained for 30 days before being purged in case of something like this (where something needs to changed and then they can be reprocessed).
